Our Vision

Cullen NS is a co-educational, Roman Catholic school in Cork North West.

Our school aims to be a happy place where effective teaching and learning takes place within a Roman Catholic ethos.

It is our aim to lead our pupils towards a sense of their own worth, a pride in our school and Parish of Millstreet and develop a sense of the love of God.

Our vision is to engage our pupils in their education so that their faith is a core

value in their life.

In nurturing a passion for excellence, the educational experiences offered to our pupils go far beyond the confines of the classroom.

Our vision is to form women and men who are compassionate, discerning people in pursuit of a just and sustainable world.

Our Values

We are a Catholic community of welcome and inclusion.

We foster this through respectful and collaborative relationships between pupils, staff, parents, past pupils and the wider community.

We understand that we belong to one human family and treasure the diverse cultures within it. We find God in all things. We care for each individual. We try and live out an active faith.

We strive to be people of integrity who relate honestly and fairly with one another.

We try to walk with and advocate for those on the margins, locally and globally.

We recognise the urgent need to respond to the pandemic of poverty and climate change.

We continuously strive for excellence - in our spiritual growth, in our academic work,

the arts, sports and social justice.

We are challenged to live out our unique potential as human beings.

We hold each other to a higher standard and seek to rise to every

challenge - all for the Greater Glory of God.
